Our 4 days Bromo and Ijen tour with JVTO was smooth and memorable. Our transport, meals and hotels were all taken care of. Nothing to worry about anything. Gean, our tour guide, was considerate and helpful. The team service was commendable. Mt Bromo sunrise was indeed one of the best view! Recommended to book with them!

As there was some volcanic activity on Ijen, the tour agency was prompt in updating us and suggesting an alternative itinerary for the affected portion, which ended being great as well!

We did the 4d3n East Java tour for 11pax! The founder, Sam, was professional and understanding as we had last minute changes due to emergency situation. Communication from pre-trip to actual trip itself was very smooth. Our tour guide Anjas, and our driver Johan were professional, fun and took great care of us :) It was a hassle-free trip for such a big group and definitely value for money. We had a great experience with Java Volcano. We were a group of 12 and visited Ijen, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Bromo. From the very beginning, Java Volcano organized everything (pick up from airport, stop when we needed, stuffs for the hike,etc.).
